Filter Test Box Revision Instructions

The filter test box previously designed for 1682 had two winding leads connected at the tail end in the internal circuit, and no defective products with crossed filter leads could be detected. For filters with a skeleton, the operator's eyes could distinguish such defective products, but for ring core filters without a skeleton, the operator could not distinguish such defective products. Therefore, it was decided to add the judgment function of judging the bad products of the filter lead crossing. The design of the double coil Filter design is that the winding lead is on one side. If the two groups of lead crossing, the winding on one side of the filter is not connected. If the winding on one side is conductive, the filter lead is not crossed.
