The circuit uses 2051 to communicate with the host through 232 mode, and the possibility of the filter test box circuit crashing is extremely low. However, the host cannot determine whether the filter test box circuit is crashing, so the reset circuit is still retained. JP1 is the reset input. The host starts the filter test box circuit through 232 port, which can be flexibly used and used for other purposes. The filter test box microcontroller retains the startup circuit, and the description of the startup circuit of the filter test box microcontroller is as follows: 74LS74 D-type trigger is reset and connected to P3.7 of 89C2051 at the setting end, and "D" is connected to zero. When the microcontroller is started, CLK is connected to positive through the JP2 button, giving CLK a rising edge pulse. The Q-end of the D-type trigger drops from high to zero, triggering 2051 "external interrupt 0". 2051 responds to the interrupt, and the interrupt program enters the measurement program. After responding to the interrupt in 2051, set the D-type trigger to "high" to complete a startup.
Explanation: After startup, the microcontroller sets the D-type trigger, and after setting it, P3.7 increases and returns to standby mode.
In the principle circuit of filter testing, 1IH is one end of the test copper sheet, IPH is the other end of the test box test copper sheet, and 1IH and IPH are the two ends of a copper sheet. Similarly, 2IH and 2PH are the two ends of another copper sheet. Copper strip 1 and copper strip 2 measure one winding of the filter. 3IH is one end of the test copper strip, 3PH is the other end of the test box, and 3IH and 3PH are the two ends of a copper strip. Similarly, 4IH and 4PH are the two ends of another copper sheet. Copper strip 3 and copper strip 4 measure the second winding of the filter. This copper strip structure is basically suitable for all double winding skeleton filters. For frameless filters using magnetic rings, our company's designed blade clamp can be used. The entire device is designed with eight blades, each two of which form a group, and the gap between each group of blades can be adjusted at will. When measuring, the blade only breaks the contact between the filter lead paint layer and the copper wire. The magnetic ring filter semi-finished product is measured using a blade clamp, To overcome the disadvantage of soft and difficult to compress filter leads without a skeleton with magnetic rings, it is possible to determine whether the number of filter winding turns is correct and whether the product is qualified before soldering. The setting method is the same as the filter test box.
