Product Description
brief introduction
ModelGKT3819 is a new, practical and cost-effective transformer testing system launched by the company according to the current customer production requirements and transformer characteristics testing requirements. The measurement speed is fast, the system stability and reliability are greatly improved, providing the most complete test function for the production line, QC and laboratory. It adopts the guided Chinese menu, with simple and friendly interface, convenient and fast operation, and greatly meets the different test needs of users. The internal storage and memory function of data setting can reach 500 groups, and the external USB flash disk can store unlimited data. At the same time, the instrument also provides a Handler interface and RS-232C serial communication interface, providing conditions for automatic measurement, remote control and data transmission.

■ Test parameters: including inductance (L), capacitance (C), AC resistance (R), impedance (Z), DC resistance (DCR), transformer phase (PH), turn-Ratio, leakage inductance (LK), pin short circuit (PS), balance (BL) and other test functions
■ 7-inch 16:9 color LCD display, resolution: 800x480, all test items are displayed on the same screen without turning pages
■ Test frequency: 20Hz-200KHz, accuracy: ± (0.01% ± 0.01Hz)
■ The fastest test speed is 100 times/second, and the test results are stable
■ Basic test accuracy: 0.05% (1kHz/1V rms)
■ Test voltage: 10mV to 2V rms, 10mV per section
■ Open circuit/short circuit/load calibration, flexible transformer deviation deduction method
■ It provides three bias current modes: EXT (external bias current source), INT100mA (built-in 100mA current card) and INT1A (built-in 1A current card)
■ Memory and USB flash disk: with large memory space, it can store up to 500 sets of transformer data, and is equipped with standard USB interface to share and manage transformer data. The test data can be directly imported into the USB flash disk and opened by the computer for viewing or editing.
■ Scanning test: GKT3001A test box can be equipped for scanning test of transformer parameters
■ Standard 232, HANDER interface, fully compatible with automatic test, can be built-in 10P, 20P scanning test, save the use cost, make automatic test more convenient
■ Internal resistance mode: there are five internal resistance modes, which can be switched according to different test requirements to better compare with the instrument data of the superior manufacturer
