The transformer tester GKT3259 is a new comprehensive transformer test system independently developed and improved by Jinkaitai Company according to market demand. It is a replacement product of the current domestic high-frequency electronic transformer testing industry. It adopts new technology and new technology to change the many shortcomings of traditional transformer testers, and fundamentally solves the leakage inductance (LK), the unstable DCR test, the lack of comprehensive functions, the slow test speed, the cumbersome use and operation, and the data management. Various practical problems such as expensiveness and inconvenient version upgrades provide great convenience for transformer manufacturers. Now part of the new functions of GKT3259 are described below.
1. The sorting of main parameters such as Lx, LK, Zx, ACR, DCR, etc.: refers to the classification of a certain parameter of the device into several levels in the batch test of components, and classification and screening, and the test result shows the actual measured value. Sorting area number, the user can sort and store the tested parts according to the displayed area code to achieve the purpose of sorting and sorting storage. Example: INVERTER transformers are used in pairs. The two INVERTER transformers used on the same board should have the same inductance. If the disparity is too large, it is easy to reduce the board performance and even cause the color imbalance of the display. Therefore, it must be classified and tested.
2. Independent grouping test: A transformer can be tested separately with up to four different transformers, so that various parameters of the transformer can be comprehensively detected from different levels, dimensions, and perspectives, and analyzed in a realistic manner. Determine the electrical properties of the transformer to achieve the purpose of accurate testing of certain high-standard and strict transformers. The independent group test items include all items required to be tested by the transformer.
3. Leakage inductance (L.K) balance test: refers to the value (absolute value of positive and negative error) obtained by subtracting the leakage inductance of two windings should be controlled within a certain range. For example: an INVERTER transformer has three windings, of which windings 1 and 3 are 2800T respectively, and the middle winding is 28T. The 28T winding is required to be short-circuited, and the leakage inductance (L.K) of the windings 1 and 3 are tested separately, and the leakage inductance difference of the windings 1 and 3 is required to be controlled within a certain value, that is, the leakage inductance is balanced.
4. Automatic locking of defective products: In the GKT3259 parameter setting, it is called "cylinder open and lock defective products". When this function is allowed to use, if there are any defective items during the test, the cylinder will lock the defective products tightly. Open to prevent the defective product from being accidentally put into the good product (also known as fool-proof function), press the reset button to open the cylinder, and properly store the defective product.
5. Automatic deduction and manual deduction of the stray capacitance of the measurement channel: that is, the open circuit returns to zero, which effectively deducts the stray capacitance of the measurement channel, which is of great benefit to testing the leakage inductance, the number of turns, and the distributed capacitance.
6. Parameter data modification authority: There are two options for modification authority: "open" and "password". When “open” is selected, the user can enter the system to modify the parameters at will, and perform various data management tasks such as new creation, modification, storage, call and U disk copy backup of transformer data; when “password” is selected, the user can only perform transformer data Call, view, and test work. At this time, the navigation keys and number keys on the instrument panel are locked, and the data cannot be modified; if you need to enter the parameter setting and U disk transformer data management, you must enter the password and confirm the correctness before you can perform various management tasks . If the user forgets the password while using GKT3259, he can ask for the super password to unlock it from the relevant department of GKT3259.
7. Restore factory value: the backup and automatic restoration function of factory check value. After the traditional transformer tester performs this operation, all the data and factory calibration data retained in the instrument are lost, and only the nominal value is restored. The GKT3259 tester uses FLASH to independently save the user's transformer test data and the original factory calibration data to ensure that the accuracy and data of the instrument are not lost.
