Explanation of the internal resistance of the digital bridge

High and low gear bridges and different system bridges have different internal resistances due to different design starting points and application ranges. For inductors with low permeability and anti-saturation, the internal resistance has little effect on the DUT. When the test level changes, the inductance and Q value are constant. For high-conductivity materials, such as nickel-zinc magnetic rings or other workpieces used in filters, the permeability is greatly affected by the outside, and the source current of the LCR or LCZ bridge has a greater impact on the μ value of these DUTs. For the 106X series bridge, its source internal resistance is relatively small. The design starting point is to check the degree of change of the material of the DUT under a certain driving current (ie, magnetic field strength). The change is reflected in the inductance and Q value, so as to check Defects such as iron loss of the material.
